CauseCraft

Who it's for

About CauseCraft

CauseCraft is a private writing assistant for Windows that helps non-profit directors and volunteer coordinators create clear communications. It runs fully offline on your device, ensuring your donor lists and internal notes remain local. The app offers three distinct tones: Warm & Inspiring for community building, Clear & Direct for logistics, and Urgent Appeal for fundraising. You can organize your work with history of past sessions, set goals and streaks, and view insights from your own history. Choose from several visual themes and enjoy a clear full-screen display with sound signals. You get 3 free runs per day; unlimited with Pro. This app installs at no charge and includes 3 free uses per day. When the daily limit is reached, further use requires the in-app purchase: a Pro subscription (EUR 2.99/month, renews automatically until cancelled, cancel anytime in Microsoft Store settings) or a one-time Lifetime purchase; either one removes the daily limit permanently. There is no trial period, and nothing is charged unless you choose to buy.

How the subscription works

free + Pro EUR 2.99/mo

• Auto-renews monthly via Apple's standard subscription system.
• Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under its own policy: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play and the Microsoft Store through your account with them.
• No third-party tracking or analytics SDKs inside the app.

What we don't collect

• Your contact list, photos, location, microphone, or camera.
• Any content you enter into the app (notes, logs, data) — it stays on your device unless you explicitly sync.
• Identifiers used to track you across other apps.
